
VEGAN TRUFFLE PIPETTE ALFREDO Cook your gluten free pipette in salted water until al dente. Cool & set aside. Meanwhile, chop your selection of Fungi Jon gourmet mushrooms (we recommend the mixed mushroom pack). In a pan, warm truffle oil over medium heat, add vegan alfredo, mushrooms & cook down until mushrooms are cooked through. Fold in pasta, cashew ricotta & some Sugar Top Farms lacinato kale. Not vegan? Top off with truffle pecorino. Serve with a bottle of The Acre (my favorite). Mangia Mangia!
