SPICY TEMPEH REUBEN

Now that's a health sandwich

SPICY TEMPEH REUBEN   A classic sandwich that never gets old, especially with our updated twist! Dave’s Killer Bread, toasted. A schmeer or mustard vinagrette on one side, and sriracha aioli on the other. Meanwhile, marinate some Arto Moro tempeh in Korean Bulgogi marinade… let it sit for 30 minutes and then roast at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Assemble between your two slices of bread, add some turmeric sauerkraut (or kimchi or Brussels kimchi if you’re wild ) and enjoy!
