At Rethink, we have a simple philosophy: To make good food you need good ingredients and to make your food gamechanging, it’s all about the sauce! All of our dressings and sauces are made in house and from scratch from the best sourced ingredients we can find. Fresh and organic spices are all we use. I remember the first time I used organic fresh cayenne pepper… I used the normal amount I would put in a sauce and it blew my mind! Three times as spicy and bursting with flavor! Yes, it was a little too hot… Water, please!
From our creamy avocado ranch, to our slightly smoky vegan queso, our sauces, pack the punch that brings all of the fresh and roasted ingredients in our food together. even our vegan Caesar dressing with its touch of Hijiki seaweed will surprise a diehard traditional Caesar dressing fan.
Our curry dressing is a mashup of Indian spices, caramelized onions, and fresh ginger that has just the right amount of kick, served in the design of a madras curry with a lighter and fresh finish.
All of these dressings and more, are what sets us apart from the typical restaurant. We don’t cut the corners off of plastic bags and serve. We mix, simmer, blend, and stir our sauces together with the same love that we want to put into all of our food. And that’s the way we’re always gonna do it.
